How do I order?
You simply place your order by logging on to your own personal account for your school. Once you have logged on, you will then be offered your school's canteen menu from which you may make your selections Please note: You will be prompted to set-up an account only the first time you use this service. Subsequent log-ins only require you to enter your username and pasword prior to you placing an order.
How late can I place an order?
Orders can be placed up to 8.30am on the morning that the lunch is required.
How far ahead can I place an order?
Orders can be placed up to 28 days in advance.
How much does it cost per order?
There is only a small service fee charged by LM added to the order per child's daily order. All other pricing is as per the school's own canteen menu set by each individual school.
How do I pay?
You can by either via credit card or through an account you can set up with LM. Please note: Lunch Monitors do NOT store any credit card information.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
After submitting your order, the system will send you a confirmation email. Please note that your order is only recognised within the system once you have received this email.
How long before I receive an email confirmation?
the email confirmation takes no longer than 2 minutes, usually less.
What if I have any questions or concerns with my order?
Contact LM on 1300 132 338 for any queries you may have regarding your orders.
How do I cancel an order if my child is not attending school that day and I have pre-ordered a lunch?
Log on to your account and select "order cancellation" by 8.30am of the morning of the cancellation in order to cancel a pre-ordered lunch and recieve a credit to your account of the cancelled order funds.
How is the order submitted to the school canteen?
Each morning LM will transfer the information to your school, including the name(s) and canteen items you have ordered.

How can LM help me improve my canteen orders/throughout?
LM reduces time and wastage in preparing and serving meals. Parents are also encouraged to use LM due to the major convenience.
How do I make changes to my menu & specials?
Changes can be made as often as necessary, just email change to menu to admin@lunchmonitors.com.au. Or
Change them yourself Changes to the menu will only be available once LM confirms via email to the appointed school contact. Price rises will need to be advised at least 28 days prior to introduction to protect pre-orders.
What if I have any issues receiving the order for the day?
Schools will be able to log in to the site and easily locate their canteen's food orders for the day. Also LM are contactable on 1300 132 338.
How do I receive payment?
LM will make an EFT to the school's nominated account on the day.
